Is your packaging discreet?

Yes. There are no logos or descriptions of your items on the outside packaging, however in order to ship internationally, we have to describe the contents of the package for safety reasons.

We do our best to maximise discretion though - for example: the queer kink calendar will be labelled as “calendar” and the bloomin’ queer colouring book will be labelled as “colouring book”.

Is your packaging eco friendly?

We try our best to be plastic free, however it can be difficult to achieve 100%. We send out products in cardboard envelopes and boxes, and shipping labels are from ZSB, an eco friendly printing company,

To protect our prints from dirt or water damage, our clear sleeves are made from compostable potato starch. The white envelopes inside the package are made from wax paper.

Our stickers are eco friendly and contain no vinyl or plastic, and are fully recyclable.

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping is available worldwide. Please allow 4-6 weeks for orders outside the UK to arrive due to postal delays.

Please be aware that International orders are packaged on a Thursday each week.

In order to get your order sooner please order before Thursday each week to ensure yours is packaged and sent off, and then add on the 4-6 weeks for your order to arrive due to shipping from the UK and postal delays.

What is your “£1 donation” policy?

£1 from every online order is donated to a trans person’s fundraiser. We accept submissions and choose one person at random each month.

Can I use your art as a tattoo design?

We offer Tattoo tickets at £20 per design. We always suggest you get in touch beforehand to double check that the design is available, as some may be exclusive to brands Ocean works with.

Once we have approved the design, you can buy the ticket and we will email you the digital copy of the design.

Do you sell wholesale?

We offer wholesale products worldwide! Please get in touch to receive a wholesale catalogue.

What is your returns policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
