We’re proud to make our products available to retailers, stockists, and partners at wholesale rates.

To access wholesale pricing, you’ll need a special discount code that will enable you to buy products at wholesale prices. 

Here’s how it works:

  1. Email us at hello@conscious-euphoria.com
  2. We’ll send you your exclusive wholesale code.
  3. Use that code at checkout to automatically apply wholesale pricing to your order.

Please note: Wholesale codes are provided for verified stockists only and subject to our wholesale terms.

Wholesale Policy

At Conscious Euphoria, we’re proud to be a queer and trans–led brand committed to ethical production, inclusive representation, and accessible pricing.

Our wholesale partnerships are an extension of our community - we work with stockists who share our values of equity, sustainability, and care.

1. Eligibility

We welcome wholesale enquiries from:

Independent retailers, bookshops, and concept stores.

Galleries, museums, and community spaces.

Queer, trans, BIPOC-owned, or values-aligned organisations.

We reserve the right to approve or decline wholesale applications to ensure our partners align with our values and brand positioning.

2. Minimum Orders

Minimum first order: £200 (or equivalent in your currency).
Minimum reorder: £100.

Smaller independent shops and community spaces can contact us to discuss flexible options - we’re happy to make wholesale accessible.

3. Pricing & Discounts

All wholesale prices are offered at 50% off the recommended retail price (RRP) unless otherwise stated.

We ask that RRPs are maintained unless agreed in writing to protect the integrity of our brand and other stockists.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due before dispatch unless a prior agreement is in place.

Returning stockists with an established relationship may request 30-day terms.

Late payments may incur a 5% monthly fee.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped from our studio.

International orders ship via DHL or Royal Mail International Tracked.

Shipping costs are calculated by weight and added to your invoice unless you arrange your own courier.

We reuse recyclable or compostable packaging wherever possible.

6. Returns & Damages


Please inspect all items upon arrival.


Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.


Approved replacements or credit notes will be issued for damaged or faulty items only.


We cannot accept returns for unsold stock.

7. Exclusivity

We offer limited local exclusivity where possible — meaning we won’t stock two nearby shops in the same postcode unless agreed. Exclusivity is assessed based on order frequency and volume.

8. Representation & Ethics

We take pride in ensuring that queer and trans creators, models, and collaborators are represented respectfully. We ask all wholesale partners to commit to:


Inclusive and respectful language when promoting our products.

Using our official product descriptions, images, and credits where possible.

Avoiding the use of our products in campaigns or contexts that are discriminatory or harmful.

9. Sustainability

All of our materials, packaging, and production partners are chosen with sustainability in mind. We ask that our stockists consider their own environmental impact when displaying, packaging, or shipping our items.
